by Dr. Lydia Ahn

This semester, we had many presentations during lab meetings. We had Yeeun Kim present her dissertation proposal, Tina Tan present her thesis proposal, Gloria Kang present her resesarch at SRA, and Selin Saka present her thesis defense. Here are some of the things we did throughout the semester:

  1. Selin Saka wrapped up data collection, after many bots and challenges with her data collection. She also did an incredible job and defended her thesis successfully with no revisions. Amazing work Selin!

  2. Gloria Kang, Tina Tan, and Dr. Lydia Ahn went to the Society of Research on Adolescence in Chicago, IL April 2024. Gloria Kang presented a talk on her master's thesis, and Tina Tan & Dr. Ahn presented a poster on a program evaluation for Asian American adolescents. Of course, we had to stop and get boba!

  4. Selin Saka received Outstanding Graduate Student for the Faculty Women's Association at ASU in April 2024.
